Nasir said the panel supported 17 PTI-backed candidates, adding that all the candidates face similar allegations of malicious tabulation by the returning officers who gave false information about the total number of Form 45 submitted in Form 47.X: In his message, Nasir said the SHC has given the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) time until 11 am tomorrow to find a “legal and acceptable solution” to the matter.
He said the SHC had warned the ECP not to claim “false results” and to inform the returning candidates at the earliest, otherwise the court would have to intervene..
